We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, photographs, prices and availability information.

Product colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Minor variations in embroidery, handmade work, print placement, fabric texture or measurements may naturally occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Product Availability

All products and orders are subject to availability. We may limit product quantities, discontinue products or update collections without prior notice.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and may offer a replacement, store credit or eligible refund.

5. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, measurements and size chart before placing an order.

Measurements may vary slightly depending on the design, fabric and stitching process. Size-related exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Prices

Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees and applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout where relevant.

7. Payments

Orders must be paid using an available payment method displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms, security procedures and verification checks.

We do not directly store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN or online-banking password.

8. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order. It does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Before dispatch, we may verify your payment, inventory, contact information and delivery address.

We may cancel or modify an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information or an address that cannot be serviced.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, an applicable refund will be initiated.

9. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete billing, shipping, account and contact information.

SAFA Clothing Studio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and serviceable postal PIN codes.

We may contact you to confirm a COD order before dispatch. An order that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must review the eligibility requirements, return window and exclusions before placing an order.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Order Cancellation

A cancellation request may be accepted only if the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Custom-made, stitched-to-measure or altered orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once work has started.

14. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All website content, including the SAFA Clothing Studio name, logos, product photographs, graphics, designs, written content and website layout, belongs to us or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
